Well we're back after 6 months of inactivity, and now Guar is broken. We had him to 12% on our first day, with a piss-poor raid setup and half of our players in pre-APW gear. Then the changes hit and now... let's just not talk about Guar any more.
While many guilds have taken advantage of the opportunity to overcome broken encounters with broken items (cough hammers cough), we decided that we didn't want our first kill on Guar, Fengrot (technically) and anything else to be because of some new exploit. Instead we decided to focus on other things and wait until we can kill the mobs and be proud of it, rather than hide our secret sauce. It turns out we didn't have to wait long for a replacement kill worth posting.

Yes, those are flaming boots, but he's a druid so it works.
Please note this kill was 100% broken hammer free. Enjoy your cheapy kills while you can get em boys. Eventually the game gets fixed and when it does all bets are off.
Oh, and Prime Warden and Dresla died again, not that they matter much these days. (Didn't get a shot of Dresla, /meh)
